2011 NGFFL Board announced 0

The polls are closed and the results are in. The votes were counted by David Donohue and verified by Jim Buzinski. Congratulations to the top 2 vote-getters and newest members of the NGFFL Board, Jared Garduno of Phoenix and Thurman Williams of Atlanta. The 2011 NGFFL Board members are as follows:

Shane Kinkennon – Denver
Cyd Zeigler – Los Angeles
Molly Lenore – New York
David Donohue – South Florida
Shawn Albritton – Chicago
Jared Garduno – Phoenix

Gay Bowl X recap 0

gbx_champagne_1The Los Angeles Motion beat the New York Warriors, 19-18, to win Gay Bowl X in Phoenix, Ariz. It is the Motion’s second consecutive Gay Bowl championship. The San Diego Toros finished third.

In the consolation championship, the Salt Lake City Avalanche beat the Denver Summit to claim their first Gay Bowl trophy. Read the rest of this entry →
