Dramatically revised Bylaws align organization with five-year vision 0

The NGFFL has an all new set of Bylaws to govern the organization’s operations. You can find them here. For comparison’s sake, here is the now retired version. What began as a modest endeavor by the Board to rid the Bylaws of longstanding typos and pockets of vague language evolved into a sweeping effort to bring the document in line with the organization’s five-year vision affirmed by the Board early in 2011.
The document was approved 16-3 by member cities the week of November 28. Amendment to the Bylaws requires a two-thirds majority vote. Read the rest of this entry →
